By making a booking with Tally Ho Experiences (“TH”) you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions during your time with us.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law, and any claim brought under these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Law.
TH guided London cycle rides and tours are operated by Tally Ho Experiences Ltd.
Tickets may be purchased either individually or a tour may be booked exclusively (referred to as a “Private Tour” or “Private Experience”). The maximum number of persons allowed per tour guide is twelve (children and third party tour guides all count towards this final and maximum guest number). Unless a tour has been booked as a Private Experience, groups of 12 persons will not always travel in the same tour, unless previously arranged with TH.

All persons joining a tour must pay for admission prior to riding.
Tours operate in all weather (complimentary rain ponchos are available if required). In the event that weather or circumstances make operation dangerous, TH will offer to rearrange a tour or refund in full. The decision to cancel a departure due to weather is at the sole discretion of TH management.
We understand plans can change. Below is an outline of our cancellation and amendment policies by tour type.

Free cancellation with 24+ hours’ notice via the self-service ‘Manage My Booking’ link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations requested by email, phone, or social media will incur a 10% admin fee.
No refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Tours operate in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
(Includes Private Family Bike Tour of London, Landmarks & Gems, Sin & Salvation, Best of London Taxi tours, and other off-the-shelf tours delivered privately)
Free cancellation with 72+ hours’ written notice via our contact form.
No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time.
Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
Custom itineraries, multiday bookings, or any experience involving third-party suppliers such as chauffeurs, private guides, or pre-paid venues.
A £250 planning fee is required to begin designing your itinerary.
This fee is credited toward your final balance if you choose to book.
Once your itinerary is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure all services.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your first scheduled service.
Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the first scheduled service, minus:
– The £250 planning fee
– Any non-recoverable supplier costs (e.g. venue tickets, transaction or admin fees)
Cancellations made within 30 days of the first service are non-refundable in principle, but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds to international cards may be reduced by up to 6% due to currency conversion and processing fees.
25% cancellation fee for cancellations made 4+ weeks in advance
50% fee for cancellations made 2–4 weeks in advance
100% fee for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event
All cancellations must be made in writing via our contact form and are effective once acknowledged during UK business hours.
Tours ending early at the client’s request (e.g. due to weather, fatigue, or mobility) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Late arrivals and no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Guide substitutions, route changes, and vehicle swaps may occur as necessary without affecting the booking terms.
Tally Ho reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.
Tours may occasionally deviate from published routes due to events or road closures. We’ll do our best to advise guests in advance.
For larger group bookings, bicycles or guides may be provided by trusted third parties. In this case, their insurance and terms apply.
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any experience, either as an individual open tour or a private tour, online or over the phone.
Vouchers purchased at full RRP are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Both the booking and tour date must fall within this redemption period.
Extensions of six months can be applied for, subject to a 20% administration fee. Extensions can only be granted if the voucher is still valid at the time of the request.
A maximum of two extensions can be applied for. After this, the voucher will automatically expire.
Vouchers purchased through resellers, third parties, or agents will expire according to their respective terms and conditions.
Vouchers purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Indytute, Not On The High Street, Groupon, Living Social) are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee once booked. A voucher is considered redeemed once a booking has been made.
All vouchers are non-refundable.
To avoid disappointment, vouchers must be redeemed and pre-booked online or via email.
