FAQs

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Reach out to our customer support team.

Where does the ride start?

Landmarks & Gems starts from The Walrus Bar, 172 Westminster Bridge Road, SE1 7RW, London. The closest underground station is Lambeth North (Bakerloo line).

Where does it end?

The ride ends back at our secret HQ next door to The Walrus Bar.

What if it rains?

Rides operate rain or shine. We have free ponchos available in the event of rain. However, if we decide that weather will effect the safety of a trip, we will offer to rearrange or refund your booking.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes! We have secure storage at our bicycle HQ. Please note, luggage can not be left for any longer than the duration of your bike ride unless with prior arrangement.

Do you go on roads?

We use a mix of bike lanes, back streets, park paths and roads. The route is designed to be as safe as possible for mixed cycling abilities. But please be aware that London is an urban environment and can be busy and unpredictable at times. Riders must have basic ‘street sense’.

Do you allow kids?

This ride includes a visit to a pub which does not allow under 18’s at the bar. However, there is seating upstairs and outside, and there are other nearby options too. If you’re ok with that, then teens (13+) are welcome to join the ride so long as they are a minimum of 55 inches / 140 cm tall. If you have younger / smaller kids, we recommend booking a private tour so that we can tailor the experience especially for your family.

Is there a lunch break?

The pub stop is just a brief 20 minutes to enjoy a pint or soft drink and use the facilities. Unfortunately, there isn’t time for a full sit-down meal. But there are bar snacks if you’re peckish!

What if I'm late?

We know that sometimes travel plans don’t work out as expected. Unfortunately, once your ride has departed it’s not possible to catch up. But if you let us know of any issues before your scheduled departure time, then we’ll do our best to book you onto a later trip.
